At 3 Sisters, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Our sisterhood is built on satisfaction, so we've made our exchange and refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all 3 Sisters tags still attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
